Morgan Seag

Morgan Seag, University of Cambridge

Morgan Seag is working toward a PhD in Geography / Polar Studies at the University of Cambridge’s Scott Polar Research Institute. Her research looks at institutional change in remote spaces, focusing on the integration of women into national Antarctic programs in the mid- to late-twentieth century. She also holds an MPhil in Polar Studies from Cambridge. In her non-academic career Morgan has been a science outreach manager and science communication specialist, and has spent two seasons working as a support contractor at McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
